AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND
USE PLAN IN THE RIVER MOUNTAIN DISTRICT,
LOCATED NORTH OF PLEASANT RIDGE ROAD AND
AROUND FAIRVIEW ROAD TO SUBURBAN OFFICE,
PUBLIC USE AND SINGLE FAMILY AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, after review of the existing candidates and zoning
pattern, staff recommends a plan modification; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission believes the new use
pattern to be more appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The area northwest of Pleasant Ridge Road and
Fairview Road is changed from Multifamily to Single Family.
SECTION 2. The area northeast of Pleasant Ridge Road and
Fairview Road is changed from Single Family to Suburban Office.
SECTION 3. The area east of Fairview Road at Cedar Branch
is changed from Single Family to Public Institutional.
SECTION 4. The City's adopted Land Use Plan is hereby
changed to reflect this amendment.
