AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR
A WAIVER OF BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Hickory Branch Addition Preliminary /Final Plat as
follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 258(2) of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
Subdivision requirement to allow a 25 foot front
building line and 10 foot rear building line for Lot 4.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
