AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 627 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11,557 established Street
Improvement District No. 627 embracing the following property in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:

Hamilton Brakes addition to the Original City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from 29th and Alameda Drive to
32nd and Alameda Drive for the purpose of grading, draining,
curbing, and guttering area streets; and
WHEREAS, all improvements have been made and a balance of
excess levies in the improvement district account has been
disbursed by the district commissioners to the current property
owners pro -rata.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Street Improvement District No. 627 is hereby
dissolved.
