AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5287 - Described as part of Lot 5 of subdivision of
the S 1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 25, T -1 -N, R-13-W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as
follows, to wit:
Starting at the SW corner of said Lot 5; thence north
along the west line thereof, 93.15 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continue north along said west line
79.80 feet to a point 167 feet south of the NW corner
of said Lot 5; thence east 242.6 feet to a point on the
west right -of -way line of South University Avenue,
175 feet measured along said right -of -way from the
north line of said Lot 5; thence southerly along the
west right -of -way line 80.0 feet; thence west
237.3 feet to the Point of Beginning;
AND
Part of Lot 5 of the subdivision of the S 1/2, NE 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas more particularly described as follows, to
wit:
Commencing at the SW corner of NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of said
Section 25 (which is also the SW corner of said Lot 5);
thence north 172.95 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence south 890 east 242.6 feet to the west right -of-
way of Highway No. 70; thence north 05 041' east along
said right -of -way 175 feet; thence west 260.5 feet;
thence south 167 feet to the Point of Beginning
containing 1 acre, more or less, in the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas from 11C -3" General
Commercial to "C -4" Open Display. (5922 South
University Avenue)

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
