3 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $100,000 FROM THE
4 1987 BOND FUND INTEREST FOR RENOVATION OF
5 THE DUNBAR COMMUNITY CENTER.

7 WHEREAS, the 1987 Bond Issue included funding for the
8 remodeling of the forty -year old Dunbar Recreation Center; and
9 . WHEREAS, designing within the budget constraint has been
10 difficult as the first construction bids submitted were out of
11 negotiation range; and
WHEREAS, to remodel the center as envisioned and
12 communicated in the Bond Issue Program an additional $100,000 is
13 required.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
15 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: There is hereby appropriated the sum of
16
$100,000 from the 1987 Bond Fund interest on re- investments,
17 Account #301 -8011 for the renovation of Dunbar Community Center.
