ORDINANCE 15,823
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR
A WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for St. Michael's Preliminary Plat as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -257, Section 31 -209 and
Section 31 -256 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to
provide waiver of subdivision requirements to allow
double frontage lots; minimum horizontal radius at
center line of 75 feet; 15 foot building lines on
Lots 19, 20 and 21; and sidewalks on Lots 21 -39.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
