AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Carmel Terrace Preliminary Plat as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -256 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide waiver of subdivision
requirements in order to allow 25 foot building lines
for residential lots fronting a minor arterial and
15 foot building line fronting a residential street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
