AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4039 -A - Described as part of the SW 1/4, Section 32,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas and Blocks 50,
51, 52, 61, 62, 63 and 64, the E 1/2 of Block 53 and
part of Block 49, all in Neimeyer Grove, an addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas including adjacent
street and alley rights -of -way, all more particularly
described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of the SW 1/4, said
Section 32; thence N 89005'35" W along the S line of
the SE 1/4 of Section 31, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, 1306.56 ft. to
a point; thence N O1 035110" E along the W line of
Block 61, said Neimeyer Grove Addition, and said W line
extended southerly and northerly 284.55 ft. to the
SW corner of Block 52, said Neimeyer Grove Addition;
thence N 89003141" W along the S line of Lot 12,
Block 53, said Neimeyer Grove Addition and said S line
extended easterly 180.87 ft. to the SW corner of said
Lot 12; thence N O1035138" W along the W lines of
Lots 12 -1, said Block 53 and the W line of said Lot 1
extended northerly 319.82 ft. to a point in the center
line of a 40 ft. street right -of -way; thence S
89001'11" E along said center line 1441.67 ft. to a
point on the W right -of -way line of Loyola Drive;
thence southeasterly along said W right -of -way line,
being the arc of a 994.93 ft. radius curve to the left
having a chord bearing and distance of S 11042159" E
15.03 ft. to a point; thence S 11062136" E and
continuing along said W right -of -way line 157.3 ft. to
a point; thence N 78007125" E and continuing along said
W right -of -way line 10.0 ft. to a point; thence
southeasterly and continuing along W right -of -way line
being the are of a 924.93 ft. radius curve to the right
having a chord bearing and distance of S 05 012'06" E
215.01 ft. to a point; thence S O1 °28125" W and
continuing along said W right -of -way line 222.65 ft. to
b -'f Z
a point on the S line of the SW 1/4, Section 32; thence
N 89 °05135" W along the S line of said SW 1/4, 29.7 ft.
to the Point of Beginning containing 19.5809 acres,
more or less, from 'IMF-1211 Multifamily to "R -2" Single
Family. (Loyola Drive)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
