AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLEASANT VALLEY
LAND USE PLAN WEST OF LOYOLA AND SOUTH OF
ST. THOMAS; AND FOR OTHER MATTERS
WHEREAS, there is a definite development plan for the
property; and
WHEREAS, the proposed use is less intensive than that
currently shown on the land use plan; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission and the
Planning staff recommend changing the adopted plan from
multifamily to single family.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That the Pleasant Valley Land Use Plan is
amended from multifamily to single family for the area west
of Loyola Drive and south of St. Thomas.
