A WAIVER OF RESUBDIVISION OF LAND

(D BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Hooper Bond Addition, Lot 1 -R, as follows:
'4 Subsection a. That Section 31 -10 of the Code of
ro Ordinances be amended to provide waiver of
resubdivision of land requirements.
Subsection b. That site plan review by the Planning
Commission be required before a building and excavation
permit can be issued.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
