AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GEYER SPRINGS WEST
LAND USE PLAN SOUTH OF HARVEST FOODS AND PARKVIEW
CHRISTIAN CHURCH; AND FOR OTHER MATTERS
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission finds
after public hearing that the four parcels south of Harvest
Foods and west of Geyer Springs Road are more appropriate
for office use than for single family.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That the Geyer Springs West Land Use Plan
is amended to show the four parcels south of Harvest Foods
and west of Geyer Springs Road as office rather than single
family.
