AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5270 - Described as a tract of land lying in the
SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas more particularly described as:
Starting at the SW corner of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 36; thence easterly along the S line of said
SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 36 for 180.9 feet to an iron
pin which is the Point of Beginning of the property
herein described; thence N 00006'50" E for 145.53 ft.
to a nail and survey cap in the pavement on the
easterly right -of -way line of Interstate 30; thence
N 60 042155" E along said right -of -way line for
173.52 ft. to an iron pin on the W line of Riggs
Tractor Company property; thence S 00 008' W along the
W line of said Riggs Tractor Company property line for
230.5 ft. to an iron pin on the S line of said SW 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 36; thence N 89 058' W along said S line
of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 36 for 151.10 ft. to the
Point of Beginning containing 0.65 acres, more or less,
from "R -211, Single Family, to "C -311, General
Commercial. (9211 I -30)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
