AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PRD
DISTRICT TITLED DORCAS HOUSE SHORT -FORM
PRD (Z- 3816 -B) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from "R -4" and Highway
Department Right -of -Way to "PRD ".
A parcel of land at the corner of West 9th and Park
Streets, Little Rock, Arkansas being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 4, Block 16, said
Capitol Hill Extension Addition; thence northerly along
the west line of said Block 16, 239.91 ft. to a point;
thence easterly along a line, 302.03 ft. to a point on
the east line. of Lot 11, Block 6, said Fausts Addition;
thence southerly along said east line, 60.64 ft. to the
SE corner of said Lot 1; thence westerly along the south
line of said Lot 11; 120.01 ft. to the SW corner of said
Lot 11, said corner lying on the east line of Lot 8,
Block 16, Capitol Hill Extension Addition; thence
southerly along said east line and along the east line of
Lot 1, said Block 16, 175.44 ft. to the SE corner of said
Lot 1; thence westerly along the south lines of Lots 1
thru 4, said Block 16, 160.83 ft. to the Point of
Beginning, containing 1.1734 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Dorcas House (Short -form PRD) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified
by Article VII, Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
