AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE -
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5209 - Described as the E 25 feet of Lots 1 and 2,
and the E 25 feet of the N 28.3 feet of Lot 3, and the
W 50 feet of Lots 11 and 12, and the W 50 feet of the
N 28.3 feet of Lot 10, Block 5, Subdivision of Lot 18,
Rapley's Estate Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas from 11R -5" Urban Residence to 110-1" Quiet
Office. (219 East 25th Street)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
