ORDINANCE NO. 15,936
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5353 - Described as part of Lots 12 and 13, J. T.
Abraham's Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas, now in
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as follows:
Commencing at the West common corner of Lots 11 and 12
of said J. T. Abraham's Subdivison; thence run
Northeasterly along the Northwesterly lines of Lots 12
and 13 for a distance of 208.0 feet to a point on the
Southerly right -of -way of David O. Dodd road; thence
run S 44045140" E along said road 150.0 feet to a point
of beginning; thence run S 44055'40" E along said
right -of -way, 80.0 feet; thence run S 45045' W 174.1
feet to a point; thence run N 55037' W, 79.5 feet
measured, deeded 80.0 feet to a point; thence run
N 45002' E, 188.6 feet to the point of beginning,
containing in all, 0.33 acres, more or less, from "R -2"
Single Family to "R -7A" Manufactured Home District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
