ORDINANCE NO. 15,928
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5348 - Described as part of Block 2, Josephine
Pankey's Second Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of Block 2, Josephine
Pankey's Second Addition, thence N O1o54'28" E, 260.00
feet along the W line of said Block 2 to a point;
thence S 37026137" E, 220.78 feet to a point on the W
line of a 10 foot alley; thence S O1o54128" W, 90.70
feet along said W line of alley to the SE corner of Lot
7, said Block 2; thence N 87030135" W, 140.00 feet
along the S line of said Block 2, to the point of
beginning.
AND
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 6, Block 2, Josephine
Pankey's Second Addition, thence N O1o54128" E, 78.61
feet along the E line of a 10 foot alley to a point;
thence S 37026137" E, 102.51 feet to a point on the S
line of Lot 6, said Block 2; thence N 87030135" W,
65.00 feet along said S line to the point of beginning;
containing 0.6221 acres, more or less, from 11R -2"
Single Family to "AF" Agriculture and Forestry.
AND
Part of Block 5, West End Subdivision, to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the SE corner of Block 5, West End
Subdivision, and said point also being the point of
beginning; thence N O1o53'19" E, 316.73 feet; thence
N 36031'58" W, 131.90 feet; thence N 50017102" W, 95.32
feet; thence N 55045158" W, 182.76 feet; thence
S O1o51119" W, 253.34 feet; thence E 155.67 feet;
thence S Oo32' E, 320.00 feet; thence S 87030135" E,
155.67 feet to the point of beginning, said area
containing 2.09 acres, more or less from "R -2" Single
Family to "AF" Agriculture and Forestry. (West 16th
and Leander)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
