OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS

>, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
U LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for Waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
a Rock for Plantation Acres Phase IV as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 232(b) be amended to
� allow lot to be three times as deep as it is wide, and that
m Section 31 -398 be amended to allow no curb and gutters and
N that Section 31 -175 be amended to allow no sidewalks.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
