ORDINANCE NO. 15,918
AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT THE WEST.LITTLE ROCK PLAN
FROM RESIDENTIAL TO OFFICE USE AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF I -630 AND BARROW ROAD AND OTHER MATTER,
WHEREAS, the Little Planning Commission has detrimented
after a public hearing, that the most appropriate use
for the site is office, and
WHEREAS, the Staff concurs that an office use is appropriate
for the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BEING ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SEC_T_IO_N__1. The Boyle Park Land Use Plan is amended
from single family residential to office on the northwest
corner of Barrow at I -630.
