AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $11,200.76 FROM
THE BALANCE OF THE REVENUE SHARING FUND
TO SPECIAL PROJECT 499 -8686 (COLEMAN CREEK
DRAINAGE PROJECT).
WHEREAS, costs for utility relocations on the Coleman Creek
Drainage Project were not included in the project budget; and
WHEREAS, project contingency and quantity underruns have
provided funds for all but $11,200.76 of these additional
expenses; and
WHEREAS, an additional appropriation is needed to balance
the project account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$11,200.76 from the balance of the Revenue Sharing Fund to Special
Project Account 499 -8686 for payment of utility relocations and
to balance the project account.
