ORDINANCE NO. 15,906
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32 -377 OF THE LITTLE
ROCK CITY CODE, 1988, TO CORRECT THE WEIGHT
REGULATION RANGE ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO. 15,843.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Section 32 -377 of the Little Rock City Code,
1988, shall be amended by deleting in the first sentence, the
words ..... one ton or the chassis thereof" and substituting the
words, "of one ton or greater ".
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
