AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $47,795 FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED 1977 BOND FUND BALANCE TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF PARRS AND RECREATION FOR
REPAIR OF GOLF COURSES AT REBSAMEN PARR,
HINDMAN PARR AND WAR MEMORIAL PARK.

WHEREAS, the golf courses at Rebsamen Park, Hindman Park
and War Memorial Park have sustained extensive damage as a result
of recent flooding and record cold temperatures in 1989; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Department of Parks and
Recreation to restore these golf courses to acceptable conditions
for use by the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: There is hereby appropriated the sum of $47,795
from the unappropriated 1977 Bond Fund balance, Account No.
300 -8500 to the Department of Parks and Recreation for repair of
golf courses at Rebsamen Park, Hindman Park and War Memorial Park.
