AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waviers of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Chenal Valley, Blocks 11 thru 15 as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -175 to allow partial
sidewalks as shown on plat and that Section 31 -257 to allow
double frontage lots of the Code of Ordinance be amended to
provide waiver of subdivision requirements.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
