AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PID
DISTRICT TITLED PARKER SOLVANT (Z- 5306 -A)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2"
to "PID ".
A parcel of land at 8909 Mabelvale Pike, Little Rock,
Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the SE1 /4, SE1 /4,
said Section 34; thence S00421W along the East line of
said SE1 /4, SE1 /4, 357.42 ft. to a point; thence
N71059'52 "W, 131.0 ft. to a point on the East right -of-
way line of Mabelvale Pike; thence Northeasterly along
said East right -of -way line being the arc of a curve to
the left, having a chord bearing and distance of
N6053112 "E, 76.51 ft. to a point; thence N1007158" E
and continuing along said East right -of -way line,
241.97 ft. to a point; thence S 89030157 11E and
continuing along siad East right -of -way line, 7.36 ft.
to a point; thence Northeasterly and continuing along
siad East right -of -way line, being the arc of a curve
to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of
N22043'34 "E, 107.91 ft. to a point on the North line of
siad SE1 /4, SE1 14; thence Northeasterly and continuing
along siad East right -of -way line being the arc of a
curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance
of N44013'45 "E, 100.47 ft, to a point on the East line
of the NE1 14, SE1 /4, said Section 34; thence S1022111"E
along East line 172.48 ft. to the point of the
beginning, containing 1.18 Acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Parker Solvant (long - form PID) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Article VII, Section 9.101 of the Code of
Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
