ORDINANCE NO. 15,880
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5320 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 6, T -1 -S, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as commencing at the
northwest corner, Section 6, T -1 -S, R -12 -W; thence
south 890 08 minutes 08 seconds east 50.00 feet; thence
south 000 51 minutes 52 seconds west, 40 feet to the
Point of Beginning on the south right -of -way of
Baseline road; thence along south right -of -way of
Baseline Road south 890 08 minutes 08 seconds east,
108.10 feet; thence south 000 10 minutes 02 seconds
west, 121.33 feet; thence north 890 15 minutes 22
seconds west, 117.60 feet; thence north 000 09 minutes
53 seconds east, 112.07 feet; thence north 450 30
minutes 55 seconds east, 13.36 feet to the Point of
Beginning containing 14,237.4 square feet or 0.3268
acres more or less from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3"
General Commercial. (Baseline and Geyer Springs Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
