AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5318 - Described as part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4,
Section 6, T -1 -S, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as commencing at the
northwest corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 6, T -1-
S, R -12 -W, thence south 000 16 minutes east 30.0 feet;
thence north 890 35 minutes east and parallel to the
north line of said Section 6, 160.0 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence continuing north 890 34 minutes
east 249.8 feet to the west line of Tract Number 1,
Sparks Acres Subdivision; thence south and along the
said west line of Sparks Acres Subdivision 353.9 feet;
thence south 890 25 minutes west 218.1 feet; thence
south 010 00 minutes east 59.1 feet; thence south 890
17 minutes west 159.8 feet to the east line of Geyer
Springs Road; thence north 000 16 minutes west and
along the said east line of Geyer Springs Road 284.5
feet; thence north 890 39 minutes east 131.0 feet;
thence north 010 07 minutes west 130.1 feet to the
Point of Beginning containing 2.9045 acres from "R -2"
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial. (Geyer
Springs Road and Baseline road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
