ORDINANCE NO. 15,877
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5321 - Described as part of the south half of
the southwest 1/4, Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said
southwest 1/4, Section 15; thence S 89 050153" W
466.52' to the point of beginning; thence
S 89 050153" W 1068.51; thence N 05 011127" W
254.851; thence N 89 051125" E 132.611; thence
N 14 009'59" W 247.261; thence N 89 052152" E
733.971; thence N 89 032133" E 70.871; thence
S 64 012134" E 107.551; thence along a curve to
the right having a radius of 240' and a chord

bearing and distance of S 29 040'44" E 272.091;
thence S 04 151106" W 210.77' to the point of
beginning, containing 501,272.19 sq. ft. or
11.51 acres, more or less from "R -2" Single
Family to "I -1" Industrial Park.
AND
Part of the south half of the southwest 1/4,
Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said
southwest 1/4, Section 15; thence S 89 050'53" W
466.52'; thence N 04 051106" E, 210.771; thence
along a curve to the left having a radius of 240'
and a chord bearing and distance of N 29 040144" W
272.091; thence N 64 012134" W 107.551; thence
N 89 032133" E 680.271; thence south 497.40' to
the point of beginning, containing 241,404.55
sq. ft. or 5.54 acres, more or less from "R -2"
Single Family to "OS" Open Space. (Shackleford Rd.)
SECTION 2. That a six (6) foot opaque fence be
constructed along the interior line'of the twenty -six (26)
foot R -2 buffer from the northwest corner of the property to
the floodway at the time of the building permit.

SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
