AN AMENDMENT TO THE I -430 DISTRICT LAND
USE PLAN NORTH OF CHENAL PARKWAY AND WEST
OF AUTUMN ROAD AND OTHER MATTERS
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission and Board of
Directors believe that a higher use than office is
appropriate but that commercial is inappropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION- 1. The northwest corner of Chenal Parkway and
Autumn Road is changed from office to office /commercial with
PUD required (predominately office).
