HomeMy WebLinkAbout15873I I n C 0 ORDINANCE NO. 15,873 219 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD DISTRICT TITLED BOLIN SHORT FORM PCD (Z -5312) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from" 0 -3" to" PCD ". A parcel of land on the NW Corner of Hinson Loop Road and Rainwood Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows: Part of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said W 1/2, W /2 NE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence North 00006154" West along the East Line of said W 1b2, W 1/2 a distance of 208.41 feet; thence South 89 58114" West 223.05 feet; thence South 00001125" West 208.40 feet to a point on the South line of said W 1/2, W 1/2; thence North 89058127" East along said South line a distance of 223.55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 46,536 square feet or 1.068 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Bolin (short - form PCD) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Article VII, Section 9.101 of the Code of ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
