NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. There shall be appropriated from the unappropriated revenues of the general fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $95,000 to be used for the purchase of aproximately 30.177 acres in Southwest Little Rock as an addition to Hindman Park of the Little Rock Parks Department. It is accessible from the west through an extension with Tall Timber Boulevard that connects Stagecoach Road to the Tall Timber Addition. The subject site consists of 30.177 acres, more or less.
