ORDINANCE NO_
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DEPOSIT OF
$90,000 INTO ACCOUNT NUMBER 301 -030 -0180
OF THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND ISSUE FUND
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HISTORIC BUILDING
FACADE GRANT PROGRAM; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: There is hereby authorized the deposit of
$90,000 into the Historic Building Facade Grant Program, Account
Number 301- 030 -0108.
SECTION 2: The deposit of $90,000 into the Historic
Building Facade Grant Program is necessary to assure the proper
funding of a program approved by the voters in 1988 and to also
permit review of pending and proper grant applications. An
emergency is therefore declared to exist and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from the date of its passage.
