AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3751 -A - Described as a parcel of land situated in
the W 1/2, NW 1/4, Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said W 1/2, NW 1/4,
Section 10; thence along the N line of said W 1/2, NW
1/4, E 377.14 feet; thence S 00o 06' 47" E, 45 feet to
a point on the E property line of the U.S. Post Office
site and the point of beginning; thence S 00o 06' 47"
E, 240 feet along said E line to the SE corner of said
Post Office site; thence W 168.00 feet along S line of
said U.S. Post Office site to the SW corner of said
site; thence S 00o 061 47" E, 382.00 feet; thence N 890
47' E, 939.9 feet; thence N 330 59' 13" W, 283.3 feet;
thence N 130 02' 55" W, 393.7 feet to a point 45 feet S
of the N line of said W 1/2, NW 1/4; thence W 523.62
feet along the line 45 feet S and parallel to said N
line to the point of beginning, and containing 10.25

to the N right -of -way line of the Union Pacific

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
