ORDINANCE NO. 15,944
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED UNION NATIONAL BANK (Z- 4388 -A)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "C -3" to PCD.
A parcel of land in 14711 Cantrell Road, Little Rock,
Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Part of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning 619.0 feet North and 135.5 feet East of the
Southwest corner of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence
S88o391E for 178.5 feet; thence N11o201W for 243.94
feet to a point on the right -of -way of Arkansas State
Highway No. 10; thence along said right -of -way line the
following; thence S78o071W for 5.05 feet; thence
N24o571W for 18.74 feet; thence N64o291E for 9.76 feet;
thence Nilo20'W for 10.29 feet; thence S64o291W for
137.87 feet to a point that is 135.5 feet east of the
west line of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence South and
parallel to the West line of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4, 205.86
feet to the point of beginning, containing 36,582
square feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Union National Bank (Short -Form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Article VII, Section 9.101 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
