AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PRD
DISTRICT TITLED PARKWAY VILLAGE (Z- 3168 -A)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from PRD to revised
PRD.
A parcel of land in west from Chenal Parkway and Pride
Valley Road intersection, Little Rock, Arkansas being
more particularly described as follows:
Part of the NE 1/4, Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4, said
Section 6; thence S87o58134 11E along the North line of
said NE 1/4, 1250.00 ft. to a point; thence
S25o36130 "W, 430.25 ft. to a point on the Westerly line
of Parkway Place, Phase I, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas as recorded in Plat Book 'B', page 876; thence
along said Westerly line the following bearings and
distances; S78o20'12 "W, 118.90 ft.; S31o23135 "W, 140.0
ft.; S05o47118 "W 220.09 ft.; N67o30145 "W, 270.38 ft.
and S41o29109 "W, 60.00 ft. to the Southwest corner of
said Phase I, said corner lying on the Northerly right -
of -way line of Chenal Parkway; thence N65o06100 "W,
along said Northerly right -of -way line, 107.90 ft. to a
point; thence Northwesterly and continuing along said
Northerly right -of -way line, being the are of a 7.91
degree curve to the left, having a chord bearing and
distance of N83o39'27 "W, 479.03 ft. to a point on the
West line of the NE 1/4, said Section 6; thence
N01o03150 11E, along said West line, 637.93 ft. to the
point of beginning, containing 16.1720 acres, more or
less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Parkway Village (Long -Form PRD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Article VII, Section 9.101 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
