ORDINANCE NO. 15,940
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
2 -5349 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, of
Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows as
commencing at the SW corner of Tract A -1 Eagle
Commercial Subdivision No. 1 as recorded in Plat Book
No. 32, page 32 of the records of the'Circuit Clerk and
ex- officio recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, thence
NOOo061E along the west line of said Tract A -1, 63.2
feet; thence W 9 feet to the point of beginning; thence
S89o47128 "W, 200.22 feet; thence N 224.8 feet to a
point on the south right -of -way line of Kanis Road;
thence in a southeasterly direction along the south
right -of -way line of said Kanis Road, the following
courses: S80o03130 "E 47.20 feet; S83o03128 "E 153.44
feet to a point on the west line of said Tract A -1
Eagle Commercial Subdivision No. 1; thence SOOo24135 11E
along the west line of said Tract A -1 197.26 feet to
the point of beginning, containing .9617 acres, more or
less from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General
Commercial. (8907 Kanis Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
