AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING WATER PIPE LINE
IMPROVEMNT DISTRICT NO. 133 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS
PERTAINING THERETO
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12,426 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas (the "City") passed and approved December 21, 1970
established Water Pipe Line Improvement District No. 133 of Little
Rock, Arkansas (the "District") embracing the following property
in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, to wit:
All of Tract 8, WEST MARKHAM STREET SUBDIVISION,
less the East 91.5 feet of the North 100 feet
thereof and less the West 100 feet of the North
300 feet thereof; and
WHEREAS, the District was formed for the purpose of
constructing a water pipe line distribution system and a water
line from the District to connect with the municipal water system
of the City (the "improvements "); and
WBSREAS, the improvements have been completed and are owned
and operated by the City as a part of the municipal sewer system;
and
WHEREAS, the bonds and other obligations of the District,
including the District's Improvement Bonds, dated October 1, 1971
in the principal amount of $11,000, have been paid in full and no
surplus funds are available to be distributed by the District to
the property owners; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12,543 of the City, passed and
adopted September 20, 1971 levied a tax on the assessment of
benefits of the District at the rate of 4% per year (the "Tax");
and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the District have requested
that the District be dissolved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:

Section 1. That Water Pipe Line Improvement District No.
133 of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby dissolved.
Section 2. That the Tax shall no longer be extended for
collection in 1991 or thereafter.
Section 3. That a certified copy of this Ordinance shall
be filed with the County Clerk and the County Collector of Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
Section 4. That the Commissioners are hereby relieved from
further duties.
Section 5. That Ordinance No. 12,426 and Ordinance No.
12,543 are hereby repealed. All other ordinances and parts
thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
