ORDINANCE NO. 16,043
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5427 - Described as part of the E_, W?, NW;,
NW;, Section 9, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of E2, Wk,
NW;, NW4, said Section 9; thence S0045120 11W
along the East line of said E2, W2, NW4, NA,
314.95 ft. to a point; thence N89 025148 "W,
344.0 ft. to a point on the West line of said
Eh, WZ, NW;, NW;; thence N0 023150 11E along said
West line 315.00 ft. to the Northwest corner of
said EZ, W2, NW;, NW4; thence S89 025121 "E
along the North line of said Ek, WI-2, NW4, NW;,
345.91 ft. to the point of beginning, containing
2.49 Acres more or less from "R -2" Single Family
to 110-3" General Office. (Kanis Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate that change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
