ORDINANCE NO. 16,042
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5426 - Described as a part of the Northeast Quarter
(NE ;) of Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section 27,
Township 1 North (T -1 -N), Range 13 West (R- 13 -W),
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 747.98 ft. East of the Southwest
Corner of said NE4, NW;, Section 27, said point being
on the East Right -of -way of Shackleford Road; thence
N -55 °51133" -W, 171.68 ft. along the East Right -of -way
of Shackleford Road; thence N- 0 059' -W, 114.56 ft.;
then N- 89 000' -E, 373.26 ft. to a point on the West
Right -of -way of Stagecoach Road; thence 5- 23 031' -W,
239.26 ft. along the West Right -of -way of Stagecoach
Road; thence N- 89 009' -W, 133.7 ft. to a point on the
Easterly Right -of -way of Shackleford Road to the
point of beginning and containing 1.43 acres more or
less from "R -2" Single Family to "C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial. (Stagecoach Road and Shackleford Road)
SECTION 2. That site plan review by the Planning
Commission is required prior to any building permits being
issued.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
