AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5216 -A - DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE NEa OF THE NA OF
SECTION 27; TIN, R13W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Commencing at a found iron pipe at cross fences that
is being used and accepted as the SW corner of said
NE; -NW4; thence North for 419.51 feet; thence South
89 degrees 46 minutes 09 seconds East for 210.60 feet
to a point on a curve on the Northerly right -of -way
of Shackleford Road; thence continue South 89 degrees
46 minutes 09 seconds East for 908.73 feet to a point
on the Westerly right -of -way of Stagecoach Road;
thence South 29 degrees 04 minutes 36 seconds West
along said right -of -way for 240.36 feet; thence
South 89 degrees 53 minutes 02 seconds West for
174.42 feet; thence South 02 degrees 02 minutes
06 seconds West for 108.74 feet to a point on the
Northerly right -of -way of Shackleford Road; thence
North 51 degrees 55 minutes 16 seconds West along
said right -of -way for 498.04 feet to a point on a
curve to the right (said curve having a centerline
radius of 530.05 feet and a tangent of 260.88 feet;
thence along said curve North 50 degrees 38 minutes
57 seconds West on a chord tangent for 26.13 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 3.66 acres, more
or less (being Lot 3, and part of Lots 4, 5, and 7 of
a previous subdivision of said NE; -NW4) from "R -2"
Single Family to "C -1" and "O -S" Open Space.

SECTION 2. That site plan review by the Planning
Commission is required prior to any building permits being
issued.

SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
