ORDINANCE NO. 16,036
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 15,980
(THE 1991 BUDGET ORDINANCE) APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR CERTAIN EXPENDITURES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas adopted the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas for 1991 on December 18, 1990;
and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable
to adjust
appropriations made in Sections 4 and 9
of Ordinance 15,980 and
Schedule I attached thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The second paragraph of
Section 4
of Ordinance
No. 15,980 is amended to read as follows:
There is hereby appropriated from
the Fleet Fund
acquisition budget $2,883,825 for
purchase of
vehicles
required to meet the needs of the
City's departments.
SECTION 2. The organizational totals
of the
1991 operating
budget included in Schedule I attached
to Ordinance
No. 15,980,
and funded by Section 9 of the Ordinance, for the
following
organizations are amended as follows:
