AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER
OF ENTRANCE INTERSECTION GRADES OF 8%
AND CLASSIFICATION OF INTERIOR STREET AS
A RESIDENTIAL STANDARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waivers of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Chenal Valley, Blocks 12 and 13 as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -2d(d) of the Code
of Ordinances be amended to allow 8% intersection
grade and that Section 31 -209 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to allow interior street as
a minor residential.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
