AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 15,980
(THE 1991 BUDGET ORDINANCE) APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR LITERACY TRAINING.

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas adopted the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas for 1991 on December 18, 1990; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable to adjust
appropriations made in Sections 5 of Ordinance 15,980.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 15,980 is amended to
read as follows:
There is hereby appropriated from the Revenue Sharing
Fund: $350,000 to be transferred to the Special
Project Fund for capital needs; and $25,000 to the
Literacy Training/ Commercial Driver's License Project.
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Ordinance 15,980
shall remain in full force and effect.
