ORDINANCE NO. 16,022
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5421 - Described as part of the Southeast 1/4,
Southeast 1/4, Section 24, Township 1 North, Range
13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas. More
particularly described as follows: Begin at a
point 30 ft. West and 250 North of the Southeast
corner of the Southeast 1/4, Southeast 1/4,
Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 13 West;
thence East parallel to the south line of said
Southeast 1/4, Southeast 1/4, 225 feet; thence
North 37.9 feet; thence Northeasterly 225.9 feet
to a point on the West right -of -way line of the
Geyer Springs highway; thence South along the West
right -of -way line of said highway 59.3 feet to the
point of beginning containing 0.25 acres, more or
less from R -2 single - family to 0 -1 quiet office.
(5604 Geyer Springs Road).
SECTION 2. That the Ordinance referred to in Section
36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
