AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5398 described as part of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of
Section 14, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as commencing at the NW corner
of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 14, thence S along
the W line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4, 893.0 ft thence
S 89 deg. 55 min. 00 sec. E 281.8 ft. to the point
of beginning; thence N 230.0 ft. to a pt. on the S
line of Johnson Lane; thence N 89 deg. 55 min. 00
sec. E along the S line of said Johnson Lane
107.52 ft.; thence S O1 deg. 11 min. 59 sec. W
230.0 ft.; thence S 89 deg. 55 min. 00 sec. W
102.70 ft to pt. of beginning, containing 0.555
acres, more or less, from R -2 single family to R-
7A manufactured home. (9007 Johnson Lane)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
