AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 15,980

(THE 1991 BUDGET ORDINANCE) APPROPRIATING

5 $63,000 ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR OPERATION OF
CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY.

8 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
9 Arkansas adopted the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock
10 for 1991 on December 18, 1991; and
11 WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable to adjust
12 appropriations made in Section 3 (Agency Support and Other
13 Commitments) of Ordinance 15,980.
14 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
15 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance 15, 980 is amended to
17 6
18 include an additional appropriation of $63,000 for the City's
19 support of C.A.T.A. The adjusted amount is as follows:
20 C.A.T., Including Paratransit $1,261,771
21 SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Ordinance 15,980
22 shall remain in full force and effect.

24 SECTION 3. That the City Manager is hereby directed to work
25 with C.A.T.A for the purpose of defining a revised formula for
26 funding by participating municipalities; and that should a
27 revised funding formula acceptable to the City not be developed
28 within sixty days, the City will reconsider its further
29 participation in C.A.T.A.
