ORDINANCE NO. 16,011
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR MODIFICATION AND
PROCEDURAL REVISIONS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock planning Commission recommended
this revision after public input.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That Chapter 31, Article I, Section 31 -10 of the
Code of Ordinances be amended to added the following:
(c) In those instances where a resubdivision, replatting or
lot recombination does not result in requirements for
construction of physical improvements, the placement of
PAGIS monuments shall not be required. In all instances
this exemption shall be limited to finished plats consisting
of fewer than four (4) lots.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force from and
after the date of its approval.
