F 6 WHEREAS, a Petition for Voluntary Annexation (the "Petition ")

q was filed with the County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on

9 October 25, 1990, by the owners of the hereinafter described lands
310 praying that said lands be annexed to and made a part of the City

p, 12 of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
X13 WHEREAS, on December 12, 1990, the County Court of Pulaski
Z 14 County, Arkansas, found that the Petition was signed by a majority

of the total number of real property owners in the area proposed to

Z 17 be annexed and by the owners of more than one -half of the acreage

U 18 of said area; that said lands are contiguous to and adjoining the

present corporate limits of the City of Little Rock; that an

21 accurate map of said lands had been filed with and made a part of
22 said Petition; that proper notice had been given for the time and
23
in the manner prescribed by law; and that all things pertaining
24
25 thereto had been done in the manner prescribed by law and that said
26 lands should be annexed to and made a part of the City of Little
27
Rock; and

29 WHEREAS, the time fixed by law for appealing from said Order
30 of Annexation made by the Pulaski County Court has expired and no
31
appeal has been taken from said Order;

33 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
34 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
