AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5499 - Described as all of that part lying
within 300.0 feet of the new Northerly Right -of-
Way line of Mabelvale Pike of the property
described as: Part of the SE--4 SW--4 AND Part of the
SWk of the SEk of Section 3, Township 1 South,
Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, including
part of Blocks 4, 5, 12 and 13 of the Town of
Mabelvale, as shown in Plat Book 1, at page 157,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 150.0 feet Northeast of the
Northwest corner of Block 21, Town of Mabelvale;
thence Northwesterly through the center of Blocks
12 and 5, a distance of 686.0 feet to the center
of a branch; thence Easterly along said center of
branch to the North and South centerline of
Section 3, Township 1 South, Range 13 West, said
point being 380.88 feet South of the Northwest
corner of the SWk SEk of said Section 3, Township
1 South, Range 13 West and also being the
Northwest corner of Tract 1 of Park Manor
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 27 at page
15; thence South 00 025' West along the Westerly
line of said Tract 1 of Park Manor Subdivision a
distance of 203.0 feet; thence North 50 054' East
along the Southwesterly line of said Tract 1 of
Park Manor Subdivision a distance of 188.0 feet;
thence South 30 019' East along the Westerly line
of said Tract 1 of Park Manor Subdivision a
distance of 172.0 feet; thence South 89 051' East
along the South line of said Tract 1 of Park Manor
Subdivision a distance of 8.23 feet to the
Easterly line of Block 13 of said Town of
Mabelvale; thence South 34 000' East along said
East line of Block 13 a distance of 136.75 feet to
the Northeast corner of Block 20 of said Town of

Mabelvale a distance of 530.0 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 5.51 acres, more or less
from R -2 Single Family to C -2 Shopping Center.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.

full force from and after its passage and approval.
