AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5490 - Described as part of the NWk, NEk of
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NA, NEk of
Section 3: thence SOO- 18 -13E along the East line
of said NWk, NEk 85.0 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continue SOO- 18 -13E along the
East line of said NWk, NEk 396.15 feet to a point
on the Northerly R/W line of U.S. Interstate
Highway 30; thence 564- 11 -33W along the Northerly
R/W line of said U.S. Interstate Highway 30
527.13 feet; thence North 680.63 feet to a point
on the South R/W of Baseline Road (said point
being 30 feet South of the North line of said NWk,
NEk); thence N89- 59 -56E along the South R/W line
of Baseline Road 434.18 feet to a point on the
Westerly R/W line of U.S. Interstate Highway 30;
thence along the Westerly R/W line of said U.S.
Interstate Highway the following courses:
SOO- 18 -13E 10.0 feet; 540- 21 -48E 59.05 feet to a
point on the East line of said NWk, NEk and the
Point of Beginning, containing 6.123 Acres, more
or less from R -2 Single Family to C -3 General
Commercial. (I -30 and Baseline Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
