ORDINANCE NO. 16,126
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3051 -A - Described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 7
Ruebel and Leymer Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas from C -3
General Commercial to C -1 Neighborhood
Commercial. (3412 and 3414 Mabelvale Pike)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the required Master Street Plan
right -of -way for Mabelvale Pike, a minor arterial, is reduced
from 45 feet to 38 feet from the centerline at 3412 and 3414
Mabelvale Pike (the west side of the street).
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
