AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A WAIVER OF SIDEWALKS, STREET
IMPROVEMENTS AND DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS
FOR LOT 34 AND 34R SPRING VALLEY MANOR
SUBDIVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the subdivision regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Lots 34 and 34R Spring Valley as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -397 be amended to allow
no street improvements and that Section 31 -401 be amended to
allow no sidewalk construction and that Section 31 -401 be
amended to allow no storm drainage for Lots 34 and 34R
Spring Valley Manor Subdivision.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
